About Birthdays

For the last 5 years, we have been doing birthday features and wishing happy birthday to members of the group. Being able to keep up with birthday wishes for that long was an accomplishment, but it is no longer possible with increasing demands on admin time in real life. The bi-weekly birthday features still continue and we are happy to keep up this tradition.

HOWEVER, the birthday list started in 2010 is no longer manageable. So many members have come and gone since then that it has become impossible to tell who is still around, who is still a member of the group, who even cares to get birthday features anymore. Even doing birthday features is a strain on admin time. We love to do it, but would prefer not to spend the time going through the galleries of people who are no longer on dA, no longer belong to the group, or have lost interest in Transformers all together.

Therefore, we are starting a new list. We know and understand that many of the new members have recently told us their birthdays and have dropped the ball on a few of those, since the list has become so cumbersome, and we apologize for that.

But we need to start over completely. If you are still interested in getting birthday wishes, please tell us in this new journal and the new list will get started. Please tell us even if you have just told us what you birthday is. We've scrapped the old list and are starting over.

Remember, ONLY MEMBERS WILL BE FEATURED ON THEIR BIRTHDAY! Don't sign up if you are not a member of this group.
